Customer Service Associate के काम
- Customers के problems और queries को हल करना।
- Phone, chat और email के जरिए customers के first point of contact बनना।
- Orders, products, payments और website से जुड़ी queries का जवाब देना।
- Various tools का उपयोग करके solutions ढूँढना।
- Customers के साथ polite और clear communication करना।
काम के समय
- Variable hours में काम ताकि customers को जरूरत के समय support मिल सके।
- Shifts: Day, Late या Overnight shifts।

- Operating hours: 6 am – 11 pm, Sunday से Monday।
